What Avinashs mother says is absolutely right,at his age , 1 or 2 parathas are not enough .People do have either curd or pickles with parathas , dont they?Avinash certainly needs more quantity of food , whether chapatis or parathas or omelettes., considering his age and physique.

They look delicious. But The amount of oil you have put on the paratha is way tooo much. One can drown in it. Try using less oil. Not good for health. Paranthas can still taste good with less oil if your filling is tasty!
